Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your expected appointment will be subject to 50% of the service booked. We will require a credit card on file at the time of scheduling any appointment.
It is our goal to provide each guest with the best service possible. With respect to that if you arrive more then 15 minutes late it may be considered a missed appointment and will be subject to the policy stated above. At that point we will need to reschedule your appointment to another date and/or time if we are not able to accommodate the late arrival.
