Cancellations made within 24 hours of your expected appointment will be subject to 50% of the service booked. We will require a credit card on file at the time of scheduling any appointment.

With respect to that if you arrive more then 15 minutes late it may be considered a missed appointment and will be subject to the policy stated above.
